Terms Of Photo/Video Recordings And Cancellation/Reimbursement Of Expenses – Dance Camp 2025

By registering for the Dance Camp you accept the following conditions regarding photo/video recordings:
- Participants are generally allowed to take photos and videos during the Dance Camp. However, these are only allowed for private/personal use!
- In order not to disturb / stop the training, no video recordings are allowed during all training sessions! At the end of each session, the trainers will give you enough time to record on video.
- The Dance Camp Organization is allowed to take photos and videos at any time during the Dance Camp for promotional and advertising purposes for the Dance Camp.
- By registering for the Dance Camp, participants give full consent to the Dance Camp organization to publish photos, videos or excerpts thereof, on posters, advertisements or on the Internet presence and social media channels of the NWRRV or the Quibbles Xanten on which he/she and/or his/her dance partner is represented.
Cancellation Of The Dance Camp / Reimbursement Of Expenses / “Exchange” Of Participants
It always can happen that someone has to cancel (on short notice) the Dance Camp participation. Please understand that the Dance Camp organization involves costs and we can only plan and organize the Dance Camp with some financial security. This includes the fact that we have to “catch” financially for (short notice) cancellations.
By signing up for Dance Camp you accept the following cancellation conditions:
- A cancellation of the Dance Camp with a full refund is possible only until the day before the registration deadline, i.e. only until 16/01/2025.
- After 16/01/2025 and until 15/02/2025, we can only accept cancellations for health or business reasons. In such a case, we need a medical certificate (in the original) or an official certificate of service (with the signature of the employer – in the original) as substantiated documentation.
In this case, the reimbursement will be in the amount of 50% of the total amount paid. - For cancellations made after 15/02/2025 for health or business reasons (same conditions as under point 2.), a refund of 25% of the total amount paid is possible.
- In the case of cancellations that are not due to health or business reasons, only the amount of the lunch and evening meals in the amount of €7 per person per meal can be refunded. A refund of the Dance Camp participation amount (e.g. the “Full Offer”) cannot be made as this puts at stake the financial viability and performance of the entire Dance Camp.
- In addition to a cancellation, it is also possible to “transfer” or “exchange” the participation to other people. In this case, the Dance Camp organization needs to get an e-mail of the person(s) to be canceled and to be replaced. The “transfer” of the booked level/group and meals will take place 1:1 as in the original booking of the participation.
We ask for your understanding that the financial refund in this case cannot be made through the Dance Camp organization, but must be made among the people involved on a private basis. - For organizational reasons, no refund can be made in case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of the Dance Camp.
