Terms Of Photo/Video Recordings And Cancellation/Reimbursement Of Expenses – Dance Camp 2026

By registering for the Dance Camp you accept the following conditions regarding photo/video recordings:
- Participants are generally allowed to take photos and videos during the Dance Camp. However, these are only allowed for private/personal use!
- In order not to disturb / stop the training, no video recordings are allowed during all training sessions! At the end of each session, the trainers will give you enough time to record on video.
- The Dance Camp Organization is allowed to take photos and videos at any time during the Dance Camp for promotional and advertising purposes for the Dance Camp.
- By registering for the Dance Camp, participants give full consent to the Dance Camp organization to publish photos, videos or excerpts thereof, on posters, advertisements or on the Internet presence and social media channels of the NWRRV or the Quibbles Xanten on which he/she and/or his/her dance partner is represented.
Cancellation Of The Dance Camp / Reimbursement Of Expenses / “Exchange” Of Participants
It always can happen that someone has to cancel (on short notice) the Dance Camp participation. Please understand that the Dance Camp organization involves costs and we can only plan and organize the Dance Camp with some financial security. This includes the fact that we have to “catch” financially for (short notice) cancellations.
By signing up for the Dance Camp you accept the following cancellation conditions:
- A cancellation of the Dance Damp with full refund is only possible until 31.12.2025 for organizational reasons, except for a flat fee of 10,- € per person.
- If a cancellation is made from 01.01.2026 to 4 weeks before the start of the Dance Damp (up to and including 26.02.2026), 50% of the participation fee can be refunded.
- We can only accept cancellations from the 27.02.2026 if they are due to health or work-related reasons. In such a case, we need a medical certificate (original) or an official service certificate (original with employer’s signature) as substantiating documentation. In this case, the reimbursement will also be 50% of the total amount paid.
- For cancellations made after 13.03.2026 (two weeks before the start of the Dance Camp), no refunds can be made, as this would jeopardize the financial viability and execution of the entire Dance Camp.
- In addition to cancellation, it is also possible to “transfer” or “exchange” participation to other persons, for which a flat-rate expense of 10,- € per person must be paid.
In such a case, the Dance Camp organization needs an email from the person(s) to be removed and the person(s) to be replaced. The “transfer” of the booked level/group and catering in this case initially takes place 1:1 as with the original booking of participation. Any desired deviations from this must be reviewed with the Dance Camp organization in advance.
We ask for your understanding that the financial reimbursement of paid amounts in such a case cannot be handled by the Dance Camp organization, but must be conducted privately among the involved individuals.
